Will's BBQ Rib Kit
My name is Will. I’ve been cooking since I was nine years old, and began working in NYC restaurants by the time I was fifteen. During the onset of coronavirus in 2020, desperate to shake up my family’s meal repertoire like so many other homecooks at the time, I cooked my first rack of ribs.
Since then, I have fallen in love with cooking and eating ribs, and have been perfecting my recipe for the meaty delicacy over the past few years. However, as a New Yorker, I have no access to an outdoor smoker or grill. This forced me to innovate my recipe in order to obtain that perfect, smoky, succulent taste using just an oven and a top-notch blend of ingredients.
Accordingly, not only does this rib kit result in perfectly tender, sweet, and spicy ribs, it also allows anyone to cook restaurant quality ribs with the most basic of appliances.
Additionally, all profits will go to World Central Kitchen, a non-profit organization that is devoted to feeding people affected by natural disasters, conflicts, and crises with substantial, delicious meals. Founded and led by chef Jose Andres, World Central Kitchen is one of the world’s most prolific charities, having fed millions of people around the globe.
